HMD Global Confirms that These Nokia Phones will be Updated with Android 9 Pie by November

At the launch of Nokia 7.1 in London, HMD Global announced that Android 9 Pies will receive more Nokia phones in the coming days and months. The first Nokia phone to upgrade to the new software is the Nokia 7 Plus. HMD Global unveiled its long-announced Nokia 7 at an event in London on Thursday. The smartphone will initially come with Android 8.1 Oreo but will soon be updated on Android 9 Pie. The Nokia 7.1 is the company’s first mobile phone to have the Pure Display screen technology. The smartphone also has two double Carl Zeiss cameras on the back.

In terms of specifications, the Nokia 7.1 has a 5.8-inch FHD + IPS-LCD display with a resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19: 9.
